The hoist arrived earlier than expected, was well packaged, and had no missing parts. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. After several weeks of use, it feels solid, safe, and operates smoothly.

This lift is exactly what I needed, and ForgeGarages customer service was excellent. Cody responded quickly, local warehouse pickup was easy, and assembly was straightforward with an engine hoist and my son. I use a stabilizer jack on the opposite side to reduce rocking, and it lifts a Suburban with no problem.
